KidsCare Home Health is looking for a customer service-oriented Human Resource Intern. This role will work closely with the Human Resource team members to aid within the department and in support of the organizational goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide general support to Human Resources team.
• Assists in auditing employee personnel files.
• Comply with all company policies, practices, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Other Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to read and write in simple correcspondence wiht effective public speaking in small groups.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. 
• Ability to interpret instruction and solve practical problems with a variety of concrete variables. 
• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, record keeping and routine database activity.
• Handle mutlple tasks simulaneously

Education and Work Experience Requirements

• Combination of educationand one (1) year of experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
