Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

 

As a Bilingual Patient Intake Coordinator, you'll be the vital first step in connecting families to care. Your responsibilities include:

 

 

· Own the first step of care by processing referrals and verifying patient info

· Keep things moving with accurate EMR data entry

· Be the matchmaker by pairing patients with the right clinicians

· Connect and communicate with families, clinicians, and physicians

· Stay in the know on payer requirements in your region

· Stay organized and on time by managing workflows and hitting key deadlines

· Be a team player supporting shared goals and a mission that matters

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

 

· Fluent in English & Spanish (read, write, speak)

· Strong communication & problem-solving skills

· Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office

· Detail-oriented with solid computer skills (Microsoft Office)

· High school diploma or GED

· 0–1 year of admin experience
