  • Recruit healthcare professionals through extensive phone and Internet/email prospecting
  • Generate a high-volume pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
  • Use major job boards, social media, referrals, and cold calling to find and attract talent
  • Provide outstanding customer service to job seekers

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) 
  • Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred

  

Education and Work Experience Requirements 

  • One (1) year prior business experience. 
  • One (1) year of prior recruiting experience preferred. 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent combination of experience and education may satisfy the educational requirement.
