Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update hypervisors, virtual machines, servers, and storage devices.
  • Ensure backups are current and accessible.
  • Support third-party applications from a system perspective.
  • Plan and execute the migration of on-premises Active Directory to Azure Active Directory.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive migration strategy.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure stability and performance.
  • Implement best practices for security, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users.
  • Document procedures and configurations for future reference.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of proven experience as a Systems Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Linux, VMware, and backup solutions.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with Active Directory to Azure migrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Required certifications: MCSA or MCSE; Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
